Wonderful Room in West Hampstead

I am very sadly leaving my amazing room in West Hampstead to move in with my boyfriend and we are looking for one lucky woman to replace me!

About the room & apartment: the room costs £810 plus bills (ranging from £100 through the summer to £150 in January), it is a double room on the first floor of a two floor apartment (the other two bedrooms are upstairs, so you get your own space). The room comes fully furnished. It has lots of light and blackout curtains. The apartment is huge with a big double living room and an amazing rooftop terrace that we like to eat dinner on in the summertime.

About the location: the apartment is amazingly located between Hampstead Village and West Hampstead which are two neighborhoods with beautiful old high streets filled with pubs, charity shops, great restaurants, bars and supermarkets.. We are a 10 minute walk from the Jubilee Line, a National Rail station (West Hampstead), a 10 minute walk from the Overground (Finchley & Frognal) and a 15 minute walk from the Metropolitan Line (Finchley Road) and the Northern Line (Hampstead stn). We’re only a 30 minute walk from Hampstead Heath and a 40 minute walk from my very favorite place - the ladies bathing ponds.

About the roommates: you will be living with Lorena, who is a journalist from Spain, and Sarah who is a teacher from France and Algeria. They both love to travel, cook, and explore London. We have a really supportive and friendly home where we share dinner together, chat about our lives while we’re cooking, and sometimes go out together for food or dancing or swimming, but also are able to do our own thing and have our own space.

About you: we’re looking for a woman ages 28-40 who likes to be friendly and open but also can do their own thing. No couples, sorry! The landlord company will require you to make 2.5X the monthly rent, and be able to provide references.
