A lovely bright double room in the heart of Hampstead, just a stones throw from Hampstead Station with quick links to Central London on the Northern Line. There are a total of 3 bedrooms within the flat which all share 1 bathroom, kitchen and living room. Both of us (Leanne and Becky) are young professionals (28) who have jobs in and around central london Monday - Friday.
What we’re looking for:
We are looking for a professional female flatmate who both enjoys spending time together in the living room but also enjoys their own space. We have a cleaner once a fortnight but we do ensure the space is kept tidy and relatively clean in between. We are a very relaxed and quiet household and the flat wouldn’t be suitable for anyone wanting house parties etc. The flat is not ideal for someone working from home. All bills are additional to the rent of £968. Bills on average less than £200 a month each
