Female housemate required for Hampstead flat

Hello! Looking for a female housemate to move in with me, as my current housemate (of 3 years) is moving out! I’ve currently been in the flat for 5 years, so very much feels like home 💕

It's a two bed flat, just next to Hampstead tube station (northern line) - it's honestly the most dreamy location!
- Move in would be 20th July and contract would be for a year.
- Rent is currently £925 each but every year goes up by £50 each, so likely to be £975pm plus bills (approx £1100-£1200 in total).
- Deposit required (£810) and will most likely need to be vetted by landlord/management agency.
- Room furnished w/ double bed, wardrobe and chest of draws.

About me: I'm 29 and work in scripted TV. I WFH once or twice a week in the living room, otherwise in the office in central. I love going on walks on the Heath and getting out as much as poss. So many lovely pubs and coffee shops in the area, so would be great to have someone to explore those with. I love my own space and being respectful of yours, but also love having the occasional cosy evening watching a show/film together! I also like hosting the occasional dinner party or movie night, but would prefer the flat to be a quiet space to come back to.
