Amazing Dbl room in a 2 bed property in Hampstead

I'm looking for a housemate to (sometimes) share with me (Rob, Male, 35) in a fully furnished 2 bed house in the heart of Hampstead village. I spend most of my time abroad with either my girlfriend in Barcelona or elsewhere, and so whoever takes this room will have the place to themselves for long periods of time,

When I am home in London, I spend my time being active (runs, cycles, swims) and catching up with mates outside of the house. I dont have people over, and don't have much need for the living spaces. It is my home, but my life as it is at the moment, means I spend very little time there.

The room is available later this month, since the current flatmate is moving location.

Any potential flat mate I would like to be responsible and treat the house as if their own, and keep it homely, tidy, and clean.

The available room is large, has built in wardrobes, and a large chest of drawers. The room is the master bedroom of the house. Large velux windows makes this a nice bright room. The room comes with a TV and mirrors - exactly as in the pictures

The flat is well connected. 15 minute walk to Hampstead (northern line) 15 minutes to either Finchley Road or West Hampstead (jubilee line, metropolitan line, overground). It is very easy to grab any frequent bus down to Finchley tube too to make any commute into central even faster.... So despite the flat not being next door to any given tube station, there isn't many places in London I haven’t door to doored in less than 45 minutes, and central London in even less time.

The flat is furnished to a very high standard and has Sky, fibre broadband, a washer, a separate dryer, dish washer, basically it has everything.

Please make sure to do your research on the location before responding to this ad. The house is on a beautiful tree-lined street in the heart of Hampstead only minutes from the heath.. The road is quiet, and I love living here having never had to commute longer than 45 minutes to get anywhere in London. It is however a walk away from public transport. If you don't like walking, or want to be next to a tube station, then this is not the house for you.

This room at the advertised price is for 1 person. If a couple, this would be an additional £500/month.
