Double Room in Large Flat

We are looking for a new housemate to move into our large third floor flat, which has 3 double bedrooms, a huge living and dining area, spacious communal kitchen and balcony.

The room is light and airy, and comfortably fits a double bed, chest of drawers and wardrobe. This rooms comes furnished with the bed and wardrobe.

Other facilities at the flat include a dishwasher, washer/dryer, balcony, and access to on-street parking. The flat really is a great deal for the area and people always say it's better in real life than in the pictures!

You'll be living with three professionals, one male and two females. You will only share the bathroom with one other person.

We are very well located for a variety of local transport options, you can get almost anywhere from here! It's a...
- 12 minute walk/4 min bus to Golders Green tube station (Northern line)
- 10 minute bus to West Hampstead (Overground/Jubilee/Thameslink )
- 10 minute bus to Finchley road tube station (Jubilee/Metropolitan)
- 10 minute walk to Cricklewood (Thameslink)
- Close to M1 to drive north (and half an hour to Luton airport)
- Close to M25 for everywhere else

The bus stop is literally outside the of the building and we are also a 5 minute walk from Golders Hill Park and the back of Hampstead Heath. So it's perfectly situated for links to central London but also escaping for walks and greenery at the weekend!

Bills are not included but are around £5 a month for broadband, £65 a month for council tax and around £100 every quarter for gas and electricity.

We'd really like someone who is clean, tidy, friendly, and planning to stay for at least a year. We are a friendly couple, but appreciate that people have their own lives so are laid back too! Get in touch if you'd like to arrange a viewing.
