Lovely cosy cottage in Hampstead suburbs !!

I’m sad to be leaving but now there’s a great room available in this cosy cottage at a bargain price for the area. The room is very large and has a fitted wardrobe.

The house has a shared kitchen and living room with a lovely garden at the back.

The house mates are lovely welcoming professionals that love to have a chat but also respect individuals privacy. I live with one male and two females. They are all very friendly and lovely to hang out, maybe share a glass of wine when they’re not at work. We all work in the city and do not mind the short commute.

Bills is 660 and that includes everything! Fast broadband, gas, electricity, water and council tax.

The house is very close to East Finchley station (5 minute) bus ride and Golders Green station (10 minute) and the bus stops are both within walking distance of around 5 minutes. Tubes are always run on a regular basis and it doesn’t take long to get into the city. They also run 24hours at the weekends!
It also has a 24hour grocery store which sells all essentials and great food within walking distance.
It’s very close to Brent Cross shopping centre just 10 minutes on the bus or couple of stops on the tube.

Also there is free parking all along the road outside which has been very handy for myself and guests.

I loved that the house was so close to the city but there is so much greenery which gives you the countryside feeling.

The room doesn’t come furnished however, if you were interested in the mirrored wardrobe and bed this can be discussed, just let me know!!
