The flat has 4 bedrooms, a kitchen and a bathroom with toilet. No living room.
Temple Fortune is a great location, which is very popular with working professionals as area is offering plenty of shops (M&S, Waitrose, Sainsbury's), restaurants and great transport links. Local buses are 13, 460 and 102. Golders Green Tube Station (Northern Line) is just 5 mins by bus.
Some bills are included in the rent - water, council tax and internet (Virgin).
Gas&electricity bills are excluded from the rent, we split them equally between each other (approx. £25/month).
We require 2 weeks of deposit when move in.
