Spacious Double Room in Golders Green

Hiya!

We are currently looking for a new flatmate to join us in our 4 bedroom, 2-floor house located in Finchley Road in Golders Green/Hampstead Garden Suburb. :)

It's a lovely, green, quiet area located just a stone's throw away from Hampstead Heath and Golders Hill Park.

Marks & Spencer, Waitrose and Co-Op are all located within 5 minutes walk from our house. There is also a big Sainsbury's just slightly further down the road.

There are also many bakeries and cafes (Starbucks, Costa, Gail's) as well as restaurants (Italian, Burger, Mediterranean etc), hairdressers (such as Toni & Guy), lots of pharmacies (eg. Boots) and book shops (WH Smith and other independent shops) as well as Post Offices (one even right in front of our house :)) and Brent Cross Shopping centre which is nearby too.

There are various buses you can take from outside of our house that can take you to places such as Golders Green Station (2min journey), Victoria, Brent Cross, Westfield Shopping Centre, West Hampstead, Willesden Green, Shepherd's Bush, Baker Street, Finchley Road, Oxford Circus.

Golders Green station is located on Northern Line, just a 12 minute journey into Euston, 10min to Camden, 15min to King's Cross, 17min to Tottenham Court Road, 22min to Bank and 24min to Waterloo or London Bridge.

We are quite a mix! You'd be living with 2 girls and 3 boys. All of us are aged 25-35 and working full time (mostly 9-5 Monday to Friday jobs).

We're very friendly and easy going and looking for someone who is also a working professional and we could get along with. :) We enjoy having a casual get together but also respect our own time. We take great pride in the cleanliness of our house therefor we'd love to rent our room to someone tidy who is not afraid of regular cleaning and doesn't leave a massive mess behind them. :) As we are all working professionals, we enjoy our peace and quiet so inviting guests home or throwing parties is a definite no-go (no party animals please!).

We have a shared bathroom with both bathtub and shower facilities, shared kitchen and living room area with 2 sofas where we can chill.

Your room would be located on the second floor and is quite spacious (not a box room!), ideal for 1 person but happy to consider 2. It comes with a double bed, 2 wardrobes and chests of drawers that we have recently bought from Ikea.

The rent is £550 a month, paid by the 7th of each month. One month deposit needed.

The bills are not included in the price, however they would only come up to about £50 per person a month.

All of us have their own seperate Internet broadbands (the decision we made after the boys who like to play video games kept complaining about the Internet speed when we shared one line :)) so it would be up to you to get your own line if you wish, although we'd be happy to help out before you do. :)
