We are looking for flatmate (age doesn’t matter)! I’m easy going, full time professional, who enjoy good food and glass of wine :)

I have beautiful sunny room for rent in newly refurbished flat. The flat has been refurbished only few years ago to really high standard with oak parquet flooring, acoustic double glazed windows, WiFi with own connection in each bedroom, Nest heating system and Nest smoke and CO alarm.

The room is modern, minimalistic decor with mirrored build in wardrobe, double bed, desk (it can be removed), own TV point and Ethernal cable, socket with USB charge for more convenient phone and PC charging.

Communal kitchen is good size with all mod cons like build in fridge/freezer, Neff dishwasher, gas cooker and double oven. Washing machine is placed in the bathroom to keep noise level in the kitchen down.

Main bathroom is fitted with stylish Italian tiles, bath with shower attachment, Simpsons shower screen and Crosswater wall hung unit with sink. You will be sharing bathroom on daily basis with one more person.

Bus stop for bus 102 is only 3 min walk, for 13, 460 and night bus N20 only 5 min walk.

Nearest tube station will be East Finchley or Golders Green.
