Lovely double room to rent in a shared house with two others. It is a bright, spacious room and has a double bed, wardrobe, some shelves and chest of drawers. There is a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge freezer and wash machine. There is a bathroom with a toilet, bath and shower and a guest toilet with basin on ground floor.
There is also a lovely, large south facing garden with table and chairs, wifi reaches outside and there’s plenty of space to enjoy the sun or work outside.
The house is in the middle of Hampstead Garden Suburb, is a 10 minute walk to Golders Green tube station, the local H2 bus takes you to the station in a few minutes too and also the open green spaces of Hampstead Heath are near by. Temple Fortune high street is a five minute walk where there is a Waitrose, chemist, WH Smith’s, M & S, some coffee shops and restaurants.
There is free parking on our road and the house is alarmed.
Cleaning is shared between us and at all times we each clean up after ourselves in the kitchen and bathroom.
