Bought the house two years ago. Looking for someone to rent one king size room on the first floor with an ensuite, TV and access to the garden from Monday - Friday. Have another super king size room with its own bathroom but it's not an ensuite. I have two indoor only Ragdoll cats and are pescetarian in the house :) bills include parking, council tax, WiFi, gas/elec/water and cleaning once every two weeks.
