Double Room in Spacious 3-bed flat + 2 Bathrooms

Hi, we’re looking for someone to take over my room in our three-bed flat. You’d be living with Emilia (PhD student) and Andre (working professional). They’re friendly, easy going and tidy, and like a calm home - up for the occasional movie or dinner, but also busy and do their own thing, so this would suit someone similar.

The room is a furnished double and comes with a king-sized bed and desk. The flat has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a study, a balcony, and an open-plan kitchen/living room with plenty of storage space. It’s a 20-minute walk from East Finchley station (around a 5-minute bus ride) and approximately 1.3 miles from Golders Green station.

Ideally looking for a working professional who’s considerate, clean and easy to live with. Bills aren’t included and are an additional ~£183 per person per month (energy ~£70, higher Dec–Feb; council tax £90; internet £10; water £13).
