60s Flat with big living room and balcony

This is a fantastic flat 60's flat, it has a lot of character and the main living area is very spacious and light. The balcony is surrounded by trees and is private yet open. It's now has quite a few plants I've grown over lockdown.

There are two rooms on offer, one huge room with a king sized bed. The second is a single bed room with a small ensuite bath and sink.

The place would be ideal for someone who likes the outdoors as we are 5 min walk from the forested end of Hampstead Health!

We're looking for someone who would like to be a part of the flat, and enjoy the space. This is a great place to work from home if that's an option for you.

We have a cinema screen for a projector I installed so that's good for someone who also appreciates movies, cooking and the outdoors.

The room is a single with with its own ensuite sink and bathtub. It comes with a desk, and plenty of storage space.

I am a 27 year old motion graphics and video editor. I'm looking for some who wants to be part of the flat. It would be great to have the new tenant be a similar age and share interests.

There is a bus outside that takes you straight to central in 30mins, and it's a 20min walk to West Hampstead Jubilee Overground, Thameslink and Golders Green northern line.

Bills come to £90 per month (that includes council tax, energy, wifi, water etc)

We're ideally looking for someone around Oct 1st. There is a years contract minimum.
