Bright double room in sunny flat - Hampstead Heath

Medium/Large, bright double bedroom available in 3-bed flatshare in Hampstead Heath. The room includes a double bed, bedside table, built-in wardrobe, chest of drawers, shelving unit and even a beautiful feature fireplace! The room is well located towards the back of the flat - its quiet and looks out over the back gardens of neighbouring flats below.

It’s a lovely, bright and sunny flat spread across 2 floors (1st and 2nd floor) - the available bedroom is on the same floor as the shared bathroom (with bath/shower), a small kitchen (including a small table and chairs, washing machine, dryer) and a big lounge (quite a rarity in London flatshares these days!). The location of the flat could not be better – we are literally about 3mins walk away from the gorgeous Hampstead Heath, plenty of pubs, cafes, shops in close proximity, etc. Travel/transport-wise we are also really well located and only about 5mins walk from Hampstead Heath overground station, 10mins walk from Belsize Park tube station (on the Northern line) and there’s a bus stop just a few metres down the road.

We are 3 females in our late thirties/early forties who have really enjoyed having a homely flatshare, keeping things clean and tidy, etc. We each lead independent lives but also like to socialize together, go out or enjoy a glass of wine together in the flat. However we are not a party flat. With one of us sadly leaving to return to Finland, the remaining 2 females are ideally hoping to find someone who is also in their thirties/forties, chilled out, up for a laugh and importantly, someone who is looking for a home rather than just a place to crash. Males or females welcome, however unfortunately no couples or pets allowed.

The room is available from the 24th July 2019.

The rent is £668 per month, paid to the landlords directly. Amazingly there is no deposit needed for this room, however there will be a holding fee of £200 required but this amount will be deducted from the first month’s rent. Bills vary depending on the time of year, but the total amount we pay for bills would be a maximum £120 per month each, it’s usually less. Bills include council tax, internet, TV, gas, electricity, water and a small kitty we have in place for household items.
