It's a bright flat set on the two top floors of a period house: the bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen are on the lower level and the living room occupy the whole top floor, with a balcony and access to the roof terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped and there are a washing machine and dishwasher. The room offered comes furnished: king size bed (the mattress is memory foam and spring), plenty of storage, wardrobe and bookshelves. Private bathroom with shower.

The rent is £1040/month and the bills are around £165 per person (council tax, electricity, gas, water and broadband)

The house is located on a quiet Street, surrounded by trees, few minutes from Hampstead Heath Overground station and the terminus of the bus 24, 168 (among others) which link to central London, 15 minutes' walk to Belsize Park station (Northern line tube), a jump to the Heath...

The ideal flatmate would be in their thirties, working full time, who can look after themselves. I hope to find someone who enjoy great food and conversation but is also respectful of each others space.
