I have a large double bedroom available in a two bedroom ground floor flat (purpose built with secure gate) with a small patio garden - property is literally two minutes walk from Hampstead Heath overground station and a 5-10 minute walk from Belsize Park or Hampstead tube station (Northern Line) also a few bus routes from here that go to Tottenham Court Road, Euston, Paddington etc

Tha bedroom is fully furnished with a double bed, desk (wfh space) lamp, chairs, rail and built in wardrobe (the wardrobe has no rails it’s all shelves - which is why there is a separate rail. Lots of storage space!! And the bedroom itself is pretty spacious!!

The kitchen/living room are open plan, large bathroom and spacious hallway. There is also a small patio garden!

I’ve lived here for about three years my current flatmate is moving out as she’s moving abroad!! I’m looking for a flatmate who is clean, laid back and considerate. I’m pretty easy-going and I’m in and out a lot! Happy to have a social house or a quiet house! Would like someone who is pleasant to be around but also does their own thing!

I work as a consultant software developer, I travel a lot and I’m pretty social and active - I’m pretty laid back, I love running, working out, long walks, good food!
