LARGE BRIGHT DOUBLE BEDROOM!
A bright spacious room with lots of natural light. Loads of room for your stuff, plenty of space for a desk or comfy chair (I have a full hifi and cabinet set up with loads of space let over). Plenty of storage space in wardrobe and drawers.
Nice big bright window. It fills the room with light during daylight hours.
Wooden double bed is provided with the room if desired/needed.
KITCHEN
A spacious kitchen where we each have our own dedicated kitchen cupboard. There's a refrigerator with a freezer, a dishwasher, washing machine, sink, and extendable kitchen table.
PRIVATE ROOF TERRACE
The kitchen leads onto a generously sized roof terrace where we grow herbs and tomatoes in season, and have lovely candle-lit alfresco meals in warmer sunnier months. But great to get a breath of fresh air without leaving home.
LOVELY + BRIGHT LIVING ROOM
The shared living room is spacious and very bright; full of a collection of lovely houseplants, laminate flooring, and oversized comfy furniture great for relaxing.
BATHROOMS
Our lovely second floor flat is a split-level with the convenience of 1 full bathroom and a WC (one on each floor, which really comes in handy).
AMMENITIES
Speedy wifi, Netflix, a large TV where we watch movies or usually funny tv programmes over dinner in the evenings.
BILLS
Bills are not included, but come to about £100 per month.
PETS
We love animals. We do not currently have a pet; however, the landlord permits small creatures and a cat, which we would warmly welcome.
FLATMATES
Really warm and lovely flat.
Sarah is the most witty, hilarious, friendliest and kindest human being. She has transformed the flat into the greenhouse that it has become with her houseplant collection. You'll usually find her in 'kitchen office' during the week.
Christine is another current flatmate who is advertising her room atm on spareroom if you want to check it out!
Always up for a chat, but happy to offer privacy and space. Incredibly tidy and respectful.
OUR IDEAL FLATMATE
Someone kind, respectful, very very tidy, and friendly would be ideal with a great sense of humour.
Plant and animal-lovers are very welcome.
We all get along incredibly well and really looking for someone who loves a laugh, a glass of wine, a chat, a walk, who is respectful of others, and a genuinely nice person.

Just let me know as I am fairly flexible. I work as a nurse so I’m sometimes on crazy shifts but just drop me a message and I’ll let you know if I’m available.
Somewhat flexible with move-in dates (just depends on work) but ideally Jan 2021.
NEIGHBOURHOOD
I've never lived in such a beautiful, convenient, friendly, and cultured neighbourhood. It's just such a tremendous place to live.
