We’ are looking for a mature professional to join our lovely house share in Hampstead. Ideally, you wi’ll be 30-40 tidy, considerate and friendly.

ENSUITE BEDROOM: this is a bright double bedroom on the 1st floor over looking our garden with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, storage space and ensuite.

Rent is £890 per month (includes all bills for gas, electricity, SkyTv/Internet, council tax, Phone, Water, Cleaner (who comes once a week). This does not include the contribution for annual TV license which is paid only once a year and food, cleaning products etc. You will have to pay £480 deposit and one months rent upfront. You will also be required to provide references and proof of funds.

The house is set over three floors, has a huge lounge room and a separate dining room, which is adjacent to the kitchen. We are lucky enough to have a garden and garage, plus there’s plenty of storage. The house is equipped with washing machine, microwave, dishwasher, hob/oven etc.

You'’ll be living with 2 professionals in their 30s.

We are right by leafy Hampstead Heath and well located for transport. Hampstead Heath station (Overground) is 3 minutes walk away, Belsize Park and Hampstead (Northern Line) is 7 minutes away and we are well connected with buses (routes 24, 168, C11, 46). Marks and Spencer is 3 minutes walk, which is very handy for bits and bobs.
