Furnished single room for rent which is spare room in family home with two adult occupiers. All other amenities - kitchen and bathroom to share with current occupiers. Location is 5 minutes from the Royal Free Hospital and overlooking the City/Hampstead Heath Park. A quiet and private family and would prefer the tenant to be the same. Please note we are not looking for a housemate but we want to make use of our spare room. Looking for a working professional person. Single, Asian and female preferred. Wi-fi available. We are a Muslim family so no Alcohol, Drugs, Smoking or Pork in the house. No visitors either as we like to be very quiet and maintain privacy. Room available to view and an informal conversation with the current occupiers/advertiser. Please note this is a flat on the third floor with a balcony and no lifts. Also Car parking is limited to the tenancy holders only. If you are looking for a place for a quiet rest after work - this home would be ideal.
