Double room to rent in beautful friendly flatshare

I'm leaving for Central America 23rd November so excitedly but reluctantly I need to find someone to take over my double room in our lovely houseshare. It's a girlie pad, so sorry boys but please only ladies apply.

There's 3 double rooms, a gorgeous roof terrace (!!) and the kitchen / lounge on the top floor overlooks Parliament Hill (seriously!). There's lots of space and the flat is furnished incredibly beautifully, to the point that trust me, it will feel like home just a week after moving in, it did to me!

Location wise, it's pretty damn sweet. Hampstead Heath is a 5 min run from our front door, I'm seriously going to miss my morning runs there......need I say any more!? No but honestly you're very well connected, you have Belsize Park (Northern Line) a 10-15 minute walk from the house, Gospal Oak (overground) is just a 5 minute walk. Hampstead Heath (overground too) a 10min walk and the no. 24 bus into Soho right outside the door.

Your housemates, Michelle & Raphaelle are truly awesome gals..... Michelle's the veteran of the house, she's been living here for 4 years, Rapahelle since early this year. It's the sort of house where everyone pulls their weight but we have a weekly cleaner so really there's not much you need to do except clean up after yourself! It's just the right balance of us all doing our own thing, independent lives but also definitely love the occasional bottle(s) of wine, making dinner for each other, or maybe curling up and watching a movie together.

The £900 per month includes all your bills, a weekly cleaner and all the odds and sods that can sometimes cause a bit of friction in houseshares like loo roll, washing powder, olive oil etc

I've been in London for 8 years and have lived in a few places, it's by far the best so far.... it's rare you actually find a home in London. It's a gem!
