Hampstead flat share next to the Heath

The flat is furnished as pictured, has ultra fast internet and a roof terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is a washing machine with a dryer.

There is a double mattress on the mezzanine and a single one in the lounge. You have the lounge to yourself since I am likely to retreat to the mezzanine when I stay the night, giving you privacy as well keeping quiet hours from 9 pm- 6 am ideally.

You have the whole flat to yourself for over 3 weeks each month. Once a month I am coming to stay the night on a Wednesday and/or Thursday, sometimes staying with friends on a Friday and/or Saturday night and return on a Sunday to leave on a Monday or Tuesday. Some month I am not coming at all.

You will have plenty of space to keep belongings in the wardrobe, chest of drawers and various other storage.

Although I don't generally mind if you have friends or relatives staying, the flat is not suitable for an additional person while I am visiting. Due to the sleeping arrangement with me on the mezzanine it's best suitable for someone who gets ready for office early mornings, at the weekends I can stay with friends so you can sleep in. If you work from home or sleep longer than 8.30 am during weekdays, it would be better you sleep on the mezzanine, so I do not disturb you.
