Studio with gym, sauna and cinema available

We are looking for someone to move into our studio apartment near Hanger Lane station as we will need to terminate early due to moving to another location for work.

It is a studio apartment, fully furnished with a fully equipped kitchen containing a hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle, and toaster. There is also a washing machine/dryer in the flat.

Residents of the building have free access to a gym, sauna/steam room, private cinema, sky lounge, and private meeting area (some of those have to be booked in advance). There is also a 24-hour concierge service.

BILLS: We are spending up to 100£ for bills in total per month and one of us is working everyday from home.

MOVE-IN DATE: This might be flexible however the agency needs to do their checks etc, so we would allow 1-2 weeks for that.

TRANSPORT: The nearest tube station (Hanger Lane-Central Line) is just a short walk away- less than 10 minutes. Park Royal (Picadilly Line) is less than 15 minutes by foot.
