Room to Let W5 (Queer/Queer-Friendly)

Hello! We're Shae and Nat, current housemates who have put a holding deposit down on a sweet place by hanger lane station. Our third member pulled out so we're looking for someone to take the 3rd part in our flat!!! We're currently looking to move May 22nd but can delay it till mid June if you need more time. Heres so details about the flat and us 🤓

Rent is £800 per month with an estimated £100 in bills (we are looking at other options available to us for this!) Me and nat have paid the holding deposit but we believe the actual deposit to be £800. Council tax amounts to £500 across one year.

The flat is a 5 minute walk from Hanger Lane station. Westfield Shepherds Bush is a short drive away, and not too long on bus/train. Park Royal Leisure Park is nearby for cinema, bowling and restaurants, and Ealing Broadway has a lot retail, cafés, and the Elizabeth Line. There is a night bus service within the vicinity also.

All bedrooms are doubles with ample space for storage and work. Attached are pictures across the whole flat. Kitchen has a washer/dryer !! and there is space for drying rack. Will come furnished with table, chairs, and a sofa!!

As mentioned, you will be with Shae (they/them, 21yo, queer, neurodivergent) and Nat (26yo, they/them, queer, neurodivergent). We both are Applied Theatre graduates and do a lot of freelancing work, as well as bar work in the interim. Nat also teaches Italian classes!!! (Theyre Italian and very good at it). We've lived together for a year now but have known each other since 2020. We love britcom, tv comedies, Italian music, writing, bike riding, playing guitar, amongst other things. Do a lot of writing and laughing together and would like someone who is willing to hang out with us! We both have girlfriends we are committed to! We just ask people to be clean in shared spaces and not hoard forks and bowls please (a current issue we have 😭). and be a good person! No transphobes, no homophobes, no racists, no zionists, no reformers/tories please.

Minimum tenancy is one year with availability to keep renewing. No credit check needed. Rent will be due every month from thr move in date.

First floor flat. There are stairs but not wheelchair accessible.
