Top floor flat in a quiet, clean block. This is an estate in the process of regeneration but the block is not affected for another two years.

Castle Bar Park Overground (with links to Central line) is across the road, E11 bus stop outside block, other buses available within ten minutes walk.

Parks and shops and leisure centre close by.

I am sociable but respectful of others space and would be as happy to share the living room space as I would be to chill on my own in my room.

I mainly work from home, have a fairly busy active life.
