Lovely double room .Available in a nice quite and clean house. .Area is very quite and green with great transport link. You will have a fully furnished bedroom . Room has a double bed .High speed broadband, kitchen, shared bathroom with ONLY 1 person..( male working full time).
In the house is a separate bathroom for us. Parking is available on the street , free 24/7 . In the front garden is a space for bike. Transport is very easy by bus to Ealing Broadway or overground train from Castlebar Park station ( 20 minutes to Paddington) through Ealing Broadway. Looking for someone who is responsible, clean and will be happy to look after the house as yours. In the house is one tenant and our daughter my husband and me but we are often abroad so it is very important that you are responsible person who will take care about the house when we are not in the country. No party people. Renting is possible for 2 friends /no couples and rent will be £1300
