I’m currently looking for someone to join us in our small but cosy house in Hanwell from 15th July for a 16 months contract.
Single person - £700 + bills
Couple - £900 + bills

Elizabeth line - 6 mins walk to Hanwell station
Piccadilly line - 5 mins bus journey to Boston Manor
Central line - 15 mins bus journey to Ealing Broadway
Lidl - 3 min walk
Golds gym - 4 min walk
Hanwell Main Street - 15 second walk
Heathrow airport - 15 mins on Elizabeth line
Ealing hospital - 10 mins walk
Parks - a lot of them everywhere and within 10 mins walk
Looking for someone who enjoys a very clean and chill house. The house has everything, including sitting room with a decent size TV, all kitchen appliances. You’d be getting a decent size double bedroom and your own en suite toilet outside of the room (bath etc), the house is quite modern, super nice kitchen but fairly small. We also have a lovely landlord who is very responsive to any needs. We will also have one spare bedroom for extra storage.
