Fantastic Double Room with own bathroom ideal for a professional has now come Available from beginning of May and moving date can be discussed and negotiated with me as I’ve decided to move in with a friend.

I will really miss this place and my flatmates however, it’s a very lovely cottage situated in a lovely 2-bed 2 bath cottage house in the very heart of Hanwell and sharing with 2 other professional and lovely polish man and woman, whom are very clean, respectful & kind individuals living their separate lives and are very hard working, so this is a nice and quite environment to cook, relax, watch TV and reset after long days/week of work 🤗

Viewings will be conducted mostly in the evenings & during weekends. Mondays and Fridays + weekends I am flexible and can accommodate more slots due to remote work.

TRANSPORT:
The variety of transport links is excellent, including night transport. The Hanwell train station is only around 7 mins walk (2 mins by bike), or The underground station Boston Manor (Piccadilly Line) is just a short bus trip or 15-20 minutes walk (5 mins by bike).

The house is located in the heart of Hanwell (West Ealing Area), close to all amenities, including shops, supermarket *(Lidl walk distance), restaurants, pizzeria (Original Italian Pizza), cafes, pubs/bars, big gym nearby that has classes, swim sauna/steam room for only my 32.99 a month,
Parks and green spaces include Hanwell Meadows, Brent Meadows or beautiful Coolly Dell Ponds. You can enjoy your Sunday afternoon walking along the canal and having a Sunday lunch in the Fox pub on the canal or grab a bike and explore the whole local area, which always has something new to offer.
