Room to rent on a part time basis

Room for rent in a 3 bed terraced house in Hanwell W7, a quiet neighbourhood with lots of greenspaces. the room is available to a female on a part time basis - either Mon - Friday or up to 4 other nights a week. Myself (52) and my daughter (21) live here. I work at a university as a disability advisor, my daughter works part time as a nanny, we are in and out of the house as you would expect for work/activities etc. The house is well kept and the room available has a single bed (although a small double could be put in) a wardrobe, drawers and a desk and is next to the toilet/shower room. There is a downstairs toilet also. We have a kitchen/diner/living room all in one set up and you can have use of any cooking items, that you might need. We have a decent sized garden, smoking outside is ok. I do need our new lodger to be tolerant of the resident cat (fat)and dog (small/terrier), who mainly sleep and eat, but can be prone to barking at the doorbell etc. We are friendly and respectful of each others space, we would like a friendly person in return :) nearest station in Hanwell, approx. 10 min walk on the Elizabeth Line and super quick into London. Alternatively, we are a bus ride to Ealing Broadway (central line). If this is of interest get in touch.
