Double room available in spacious friendly shared house with shared living room, dinning area, kitchen and large garden. Fully furnished with new furniture and appliances throughout. Room has a double bed, wardrobe, desk and bedside unit. More than big enough to be used for home working where required and the property has a 100Mb broadband connection.

All bills included: gas central heating, electricity, council tax, water, 100Mb broadband internet, cleaner once per week for the shared areas, tv license for shared area.

Room is offered on a single occupancy basis to professionals (preferred). We are unable to accept students or couples I'm afraid.

5 minutes walk to Drayton Green station which is the nearest of a number of stations and has direct trains to Ealing Broadway, Paddington and Greenford to name a few. Hanwell station is also very close.
