The room and house is non smoking but there is a garden area if you wish to smoke.

Bills included in rent, we only ask for one months rent up front in addition to the deposit (you wont have to pay for the last month you are here)

6 minutes walk from Hanwell station (Elizabeth Line) or Drayton Green (these trains go to Paddington and Ealing Broadway) plus buses to Ealing Broadway and Northfields.
Local area has plenty of independent food markets, butchers, cafes, restaurants and a big park 10 minutes away.

Street parking available (restricted between 11am-2pm, permits available) no driveway.
