- Shops and Entertainment. There are shops at the end of the road. Hanwell has good pubs and restaurants. Ealing Broadway is 10 mins on the E1 bus and has great shops, nightlife, excellent triyoga and all the facilities you could wish for.

- Transport: The Mainline train from Hanwell Station is 12 mins to Paddington and 15 mins to Heathrow. Crossrail (due 2020) will reduce this to 15 mins to Bond Street. There are buses every 5-7 mins connecting you to the central, piccadilly and district tube lines.

You will be replacing a housemate who has been here a number of years and calls it a wonderful oasis. Sadly she has to move for work. There is also a spare room for guests. Would suit professional, active person who wants a calm place to relax outside work.
