A large converted loft room in a beautiful apartment shared with two other housemates. A light, spacious room. Rent includes all bills including WiFi and a cleaner! The room is available from the March 11th. Women preferred but do message either way and we can check the fit :)

The maisonette is fully equipped: living room with TV, big kitchen with washing machine/drier, one bathroom, and a separate toilet. You will have your own cupboards in the bathroom and kitchen (the fridge is also fairly divided). Utility costs are included, you'll pay them with the rent, includes cleaning stuff and a cleaner for the common areas.

Transport links are abundant – E1 has a bust stop right in front of the house and E11 around the corner. They are both an 8-minute journey to Ealing Broadway where you have access to District/Central lines and trains to Paddington. In addition, in 4 mins walk you are at the other end of Drayton Bridge from where E3 departs to Chiswick, taking you to the Piccadilly (Northfields) in 10 minutes. West Ealing is also 10 minutes walk with a large Waitrose and Sainsbury's, amenities and parks. It is a quiet street, close to the buzz of upgraded and modern Ealing Area.
