A gorgeous room for you to rent from Mon-Fri (Sun-Fri considered) It's tastefully decorated and furnished and has a bit of luxury about it. The photo makes it look smaller than it actually is. The bed is extremely comfortable and the room is very quiet which together with blackout blinds, means you should get a great nights sleep. There's an armchair, desk and enough space in the room to chill out or get on with stuff when you want to be on your own or beautiful shared space in the rest of the house for when you want to be more sociable or have a change of scene.

Our current lodger, who has been with us for 18 months, is shortly moving on- as he has found a job near home. I asked him if he could write a bit about his experience for this ad and this is what he's said,

'I have really enjoyed my time with Julia, Paul and the boys. They were very welcoming and accommodating, quickly making their home feel like my home too. The room was always immaculately clean and any requests were always quickly fulfilled, nothing was ever too much effort for any of the family. The family were very respectful of my boundaries and very generous with their space, providing everything I needed to feel comfortable and fully at home.

On the Harringay Ladder, off the vibrant and popular Green Lanes. Quality take outs from some of London's best Turkish restaurants and great independent coffee shops, bars and pubs.

Finsbury Park and Alexandra Palace Parks nearby.

TRANSPORT:
Great transport links, 8 minute walk to Harringay Station which takes you direct to City (17 mins) or to Victoria line (Kings Cross 14 mins, Oxford Circus 17 mins).

Harringay Green Lanes Station, connects you to Gospel Oak and London overground.

A large 5 bedroom Victorian House.
Beautiful large south facing garden, perfect for eating out in.
Shared use of lovely light living room, dining room, kitchen, shower room and bathroom.

There won't be a rush for the bathroom in the morning as only on of us works 9-5 and that's part time.. There is also both a bathroom and a separate large shower room with its own basin.

THE ROOM:
Mon – Fri let of a spacious, quiet double room, newly decorated and furnished , on the ground floor with easy access to the shared shower room.

Very comfortable double bed with good quality bedding.

Bills included. Wi-fi.

Bedding and towels provided and changed regularly and room cleaned.

Friendly and considerate couple and our sons 20. We’re looking for someone who is also considerate of others, reliable and good at clearing up after themselves!
