We have two double rooms available in our friendly and creative house.

Each room comes furnished with a double bed and bedside table. There are other furnishings – such as mirrors, chest of drawers – that differ per room, too.
You can decorate your room how you please – repaint the walls, hang wall decor or remove furniture. Just confirm any major changes with the lead tenant.

Each house spans three floors and two bathrooms, a living room, a kitchen. One house has five bedrooms and the other has four bedrooms and a private office.

The living rooms have wooden flooring and large windows that fill the room with light throughout the day. Comfy couches combined with portable white side tables create the ideal ‘feet up, film on’ experience.

The kitchens have wooden flooring, one double window and two large french doors that let the light pour in. There is ample worktop space – enough for three people to cook at the same time. There is also ample storage space, with two fridge-freezers and four food pantry cupboards.


The patio has four chairs, a picnic bench, a weight bench and a fire that is perfect for toasting marshmallows.

Willesden Junction station is 6-minutes away via foot and the closest convenience store is only 3-minutes away via foot. Harlesden High Street is a stones throw away, and all the major supermarkets are close by- as is great independent coffee shop.

We are a mixture of creatives and traditional professionals, editor, illustrator. Tv and film production, set designer, art department and camera crew, who are all constantly working on side projects. We also share the space with a little French Bulldog called Merlot. She’s the love of everyone’s lives and truly believes that her ball is the answer to all of life’s big questions.

We enjoy our own space but regularly catch-up although we're always respectful of each other's schedules

Rent is paid every two weeks, the bills monthly and the notice period is two weeks and there is no deposit required – we’re easy like that.

We have some of the best transport links in London.

5 minute drive/15-20 minute walk to Garden Studios HQ and Park Royal Studios (film studios)

10 minute drive to “Propland” - Superhire, Stockyard, Trading Post, Farley, Granger Hertzog
+ IKEA

Easy access to A40 out of London
Easy access to Wembley, Acton, Ealing, Shepherds Bush, Notting Hill etc

We are looking for cool, fun, decent, house-trained and ideally creative people who want to live in Zone 2 in a lovely house at a reasonable price.
