Room in modern warehouse apartment

Devastated to be departing this very cool apartment in west London but due to Covid I’m moving back to Australia and need to find someone to take over my part of the lease. You will be living with an absolutely lovely and very sociable couple who have been in England for the last 10 years.

Leanne is a freelance photographer and Cody works at a gin distillery. Both a lot of fun- love a g&t and a game of Yahtzee. They’re looking for someone friendly who they can be friends with and have the occasional meal together, watch a movie or go exploring London. We’re also good friends with the neighbours in the two apartments next door.

The area is great and well connected. Willesden Junction is the closest station with both the underground and overground running through it. Approximately 30 minutes on the Bakerloo line into Oxford Circus or 20 minutes on the Overground to Euston. Tesco and a 24 hour international supermarket within 5 minute walking distance.

The house is completely furnished and set up by Leanne and Cody who have lived there for over 3 years now. The room itself comes with:
- Double bed (frame and mattress)
- IKEA chest of drawers
- Built in double wardrobe
- Rug
- Two small bedside tables

Lease has 12 months remaining on it but a break clause in 6 months time. Room is available immediately and will require passing of a reference check by the agent (£50 fee for this).

Bills are split between three and are usually around £100 a month including utilities, internet and council tax.
