I’m looking for someone to take over a room in the flat I currently live in. It’s a spacious, modern apartment and a genuinely comfortable place to live.

The Flat

The flat is spacious, clean, and very well maintained. One of its standout features is the large private terrace, offering open views towards Wembley — perfect for enjoying in the mornings or evenings.
The property benefits from two bathrooms, and although the room is not ensuite, you will have exclusive use of your own private bathroom.

The Room:
Bright double room with good storage space.

Shared Space: Open-plan living area and modern kitchen with plenty of space.

Availability: Move-in possible from early February, with the official contract takeover starting in March.

Location & Transport

Around 8 minutes’ walk to Harlesden Station (Bakerloo Line & Overground).

Good bus connections nearby.

Shops, cafés, and essentials are all within easy reach.

Living Setup

You’d be sharing with one other professional (me). I keep the flat clean and relaxed and would like someone similar — friendly, respectful, and comfortable with a calm home environment.
