This is a lovely large house with fantastic kitchen/diner, separate lounge and garden on the Harringay ladder. Kitchen is spacious and bright with breakfast bar, dining
table and plenty of storage, two fridges, two freezers. Cosy living room with sofas and TV, one nice bathroom with shower/bath combo. Plenty of house storage in the attic and under stairs. Amazing garden with little shed at the back.

The room is on the first floor, elegantly decorated with period features, extremely spacious (14' x 15' - 4.3m x 4.6m at its widest), with a beautiful bay-window and an additional window for maximum brightness. Comes with chest of drawers, large wardrobe and a double bed (all the other pieces in pics will go). Very well maintained and overall in very good conditions.

About the area: our house is on a quiet street on the Harringay Ladder. There are loads of 24hrs convenience stores, great restaurants, pubs and trendy bars within a 5 to 10 minute walk. Wood Green and Harringay Green Lanes shopping centres are nearby and a short walk away is trendy Crouch End. Alexandra Palace, Finsbury Park and Clissold Park all very close.

Great transport links: 10 minute walk to Turnpike Lane (Piccadilly line) and Hornsey railway station, 29 and 141 buses down the road for easy commute to central London.

We also have a wonderful cleaner who comes once a week for the joy of everyone.

Something about the household: this is a nice and friendly house share. Who'll be staying are two boys and one girl in their late 20s, early 30s . Toby works in documentary TV, Dan in social media, and Emily in homeopathy. We all have our own private life and interests but enjoy hanging out when at home. We didn't know each other before moving in.
Ideally we would like to find a like-minded, sociable and respectful individual.

The house is let and managed by an agency, which will deal with all the paperwork to get you on board.
