This is a bright and cosy bedsit situated at the back of the house, on the first floor, within my family home where I live with my two grown up children, and two very cute cats.

The bedsit is self-contained, comprising two connecting rooms: a fully furnished single bedroom along with a fully equipped kitchen/study with fridge, two-ring electric hob and microwave with grill, and also a Freeview TV point. New double-glazed windows were installed last year. (not shown in the photos). Wifi is included.
There is shared use of the family bathroom.

The house is located one minute walk from 29 and 141 bus stops, 10 minutes from Hornsey rail station and Turnpike Lane underground station (Piccadilly Line), and around a 20 miniute walk to Manor House (Picadilly Line zone 2). It is also close to the various shops, bars & restaurants on Green Lanes. There is a launderette just around the corner.

To stay here, you must be a NON-SMOKER and at least tolerant of cats. You will need to be able to supply references.

Rent stated is for Monday to Friday only (i. e. upto five nights either Sunday to Thursday or Monday to Friday nights) inclusive of water, gas, electricity and broadband bills. I would consider 3 or 4 nights and would adjust the price but £100 per week would be a minimum. I would also consider short full time lets eg 1 month.

I have been renting for several years, with a mixture of longer term lodgers and Airbnb guests. My latest lodger has been with me full-time since September but is now moving on.

Previous lodgers/guests have said they felt comfortable and secure living here, and have found the location to be convenient for travel etc. You can have as much privacy as you want, some people like a regular chat, others I never see from one day to the next – either is fine by me!
