Spacious high-ceiling double room near park

We are a professional couple (27M, 21F) looking for a new flatmate to take the spare room in our shared flat as our old flatmate has decided to move elsewhere.

The room is spacious and light with quite a bit of spare room with a large floor-to-ceiling cupboard for storage. The flat is the ground floor of a converted 3-storey, but is slightly raised up to give us a nice view of the garden and the adjacent New River. The flat has a large living room with a few sofas, dining table and hi-fi for all of your relaxing needs.

We both work regular hours during the week so will be out of the flat in day, but we tend to relax at home in the evenings during the week. It isn't a party house, but we're sociable and up for a drink or two! So if you are a fellow professional and would like a nice calm and friendly place to put your feet up this is the place for you. (Or come for a climb with us!)

There is currently a cat living with us will be leaving with our current housemate, so if you have serious allergies let us know just in case this could be an issue. We are allowed cats but no dogs by our landlady.

The room is technically unfurnished but there is currently a bed in there. This can be collected prior to your moving in if you already have your own furniture.

Located one road away from Finsbury Park (the park not the station), walking distance from the Harringay Green Lanes Aena Shopping Park and 10 minutes walk from Manor House tube station.
