Double in friendly house - all bills inc

Hi, I'm moving home to Northern Ireland and I'm looking someone to take over my room in our friendly house share.

The lovely Stacey, laid back Nathan and sporty Matt will be your new housemates. We work 9-5 jobs, are all very considerate of each other, we like hanging out in our cosy living room reading, playing Monopoly Deal or watching TV when we get a chance and respect when others need their own space.

The house:
It's a cosy, homely home, well designed and fitted. We have a large kitchen, modern bathroom, good sized living room and a garden which is ideal for summer BBQs. We have high-speed Virgin internet and all the mod cons including washing machine and central heating (all bills included).

The room:
Good sized double room upstairs. The room comes with a wardrobe, bed (with room underneath for storage). There is plenty of room for a desk as I've worked from home since the first lockdown. (The desk and TV stand are my own)

Location:
Amazing location! We have a huge Sainsburys 5 min walk away. Plenty of green spaces nearby including Finsbury Park. We're in the Turkish Qtr of London, so many food places to explore!

Transport:
We are incredibly well connected
- Buses direct to Central London - bus stop 3 minutes walk away
- 10 minute walk to Manor House Underground station for the Piccadilly Line (Zone 2)

We also have adequate space for a bike if you need it.
