Double room in friendly shared house

Join our lovely house share! The room is a steal for London and is a good-size double. The room is furnished (with a wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table and lamp) with the option to get more from our friendly landlord.

There are great tube/train links to central London; Seven Sisters, Turn Pike Lane, Manor House & Harringey Green Lanes Overground all being under a 20-minute walk from the house. Bus routes (including a 24hr bus to central) - are less than a 5min walk away.

The house is close to Harringey Green Lanes where cocktail bars, cool coffee shops, pubs, supermarkets and bustling restaurants, reside. It's also a 10/15 minute walk to Wood Green shopping centre.

The house is on a safe and on a relatively quiet residential suburban street - perfect for someone who is looking to make a new home with 3 new friends and a sassy cat called pickle. Unfortunately, Pickle is a little shy of other animals so we can't allow any other pets to join us.

We have a nice paneled garden which weve done up and is great in the summer, a big kitchen with a separate living room. We have 1 bathroom and 1 downstairs toilet (perfect for guests) and plenty of storage.

We're a queer-friendly chilled home of 2 girls, a guy, and pickle the cat. We like to watch TV together in the evenings with the occasional night out but also have our own lives outside the house and respect each other's space.

We're looking for someone who will not only respect communal areas with a rather sexy cleaning rota but who also wants to call this place home. We respect each others privacy and have our own social lives outside of the house but enjoy a spontaneous trip to the local pubs/bars when we can.

About us:
Ollie is originally from Manchester and is a history teacher, Shelley is our resident Canadian who teaches Art and Hannah is a TV producer. Pickle is 9 years old and is a friendly but sassy cat who loves cuddles.

The boring bit:
The room is available from the 11th of September but this is negotiable - bills come to approximately £100 on top, during the winter (this is including council tax, internet, water, and electricity which we all divvy up between us). During the summer it can be around £70 depending who is about/using electricity - blah blah blah. There is parking permits available for cars.

NB: We will be doing viewings from the 18th so if you need to move in before then or can only view before, this, unfortunately, isn't the place for you.
