I'm a single professional in the charity sector, currently working from home; renting the second bedroom in my home.
The room is a large double furnished including a large sofa. Positioned at the back of the house, the room is quiet and overlooks peaceful gardens.
Shared spaces include the large, light living room, kitchen and bathroom, which are all fully furnished with all mod cons. I'm forever trying to quit smoking, however it's permitted in the living room, just not in the bedrooms.
Other than that, cleaning up as you go and being considerate of each other and the neighbours are pretty much my rules,
The flat is really well located with transport links via train, tube and numerous bus routes all within minutes from the front door. There is also a wide variety of restaurants and takeaways at the bottom of the road as well as high street retailers including a large Sainsbury's supermarket a five minute walk away.
