Hello people.

Me and my friend are moving and are therefore looking to find replacement for our rooms to be taken over.
Those rooms are a real catch!
Room 1 is the former living room, offers plenty of space and high ceilings. it also features a large bay window which brings plenty of light to the room.
This room is potentially available for couples and comes furnished or unfurnished if you prefer. Cost of this beautiful room is for a single person 650£pcm, and for couples 700£ pcm
Room 2 is right next to room 1, features high ceilings and the original stucco.
It is smaller in size as room 1 but very spacious for a single person to have desk and wardrobes and double bed.
It also features a large window facing the garden side. Room comes furnished and the cost is 475 pcm.

About the household:
there is 4 people you will share this house with, two sweet italian ladies and 2 gentlemen, one english, one hungarian.
All tenants are professionals but none working from home. This makes the house never feel busy, but calm.
There is 2 bathrooms in the house, so that each bathroom will be shared between 3 people. Kitchen is spacious, and comes with all appliances, it also opens up to the garden.
Living room is where we all gather to have dinner and chit chat.

We are leaving with our cat that everyone grew to love. She lived here for 2 years and became the heart and soul of the house, so if you have a cat, you are very welcomed by the flatmates!

Bills are not included but all together( including wifi, council, electricity+gas and water) it sums up roughly to 60-70£ pcm, this depending on the heating.

The area is really pretty, house is located on a small side street to green lanes, where you can find all you need in terms of shops and great restaurants! There is a bus stopping 2 minutes from the door which takes you all the way to central in about 1h. Closest tube station is Manor House, which is also to be reached within walking distance and takes you central within 30min.
