Double Room in big house with garden and gym

We're looking for a new flat mate to fill a room in our house.

The room come furnished with a wardrobe, double bed and cabinet.

About the house:
The house 5-7 minute walk from Seven Sisters tube/bus stop which allows 24 hour access to anywhere in London. The house is situated on a small, private road which means it's extremely safe and quiet at all times. Attached to the house is a bike store which can hold up to four bikes.

The house is a very large, modern new build property, which has a great garden at the back of the house perfect for BBQ's. It has a separate lounge, a large kitchen and bathrooms (3). All rooms are extremely spacious with modern day fittings to match.

Across the road the property has a FREE private residents gym which never has more than 4 people in it.

We have a cleaner who comes twice a month and we do a house essentials shop every 3 months.

We all work 9-5 during the week and chill/go out on the weekend.

Some evenings we'll have dinner together in the kitchen or watch a film in the living room.

1 female working in TV and Film Production & 1 male working in Photography & 1 male working in the illustration field

We're looking for a flat mate who is in Full-time employment and who are easy going and clean.

Around the house

Around the house, there are two prize-winning parks - Downhills Park & Lordship rec, with free tennis courts, table tennis, volleyball, football, excellent cafes nearby, all the shops you need like Tesco's, Sainsbury's, fantastic supermarket/bakery/butcher, all the take-away types you can think of. A Leisure Centre with gym, swimming pool, library and cafe.
For nature lovers there are the Tottenham marshes and the whole Lea Valley canal.

Bills are not included and are around £110 a month. Bills ( Internet, Water , council tax, gas and electricity)
