I have a lot of stuff in there at the moment but it is a very spacious room with storage and a bed provided (as well as room for my own furniture). It is situated at the front of the house on the ground floor, I’ve never had an issue with road noise. There’s access to the Victoria and Piccadilly line nearby, as well as the overground system.
