Spacious beautiful double room is available. This is a friendly, quiet professional all female house share at this moment. We are looking for a new house mate who is after a comfortable, clean, peaceful home. The room is only available for non-smokers.

The rent is £120/week all bills included (approx £520/month).

The house is close to Tube 6-7 min walk (or 2 bus stops), Zone 3 Turnpike lane station (Piccadilly line)
-15 min walk (5 min by bus), Zone 2 Manor House station.
-there are also great buses, 29 Trafalgar sq via Camden Town (24 hours service), 141 London Bridge, 341 Waterloo


Fully furnished house 1 complete bathroom with bath/shower/WC and 1 additional separate WC.
Shared large kitchen/diner. Fully equipped with microwave, cooker/oven, 2 fridge/ freezer, kettle, toaster, pots, cups, etc.

Fantastic garden for bbq's.

2 weeks deposit required in advance to secure the room for you. Also payable on your move in day your first 2 weeks rent.
The deposit is refundable at the end of the stay. All bills and Council Tax and Internet and TV license are included in the price. The notice is 2 weeks only! Definite short term is negotiable.
