We have a stunning double bed room in our friendly house share and we are currently looking for a new flatmate .

The room is the quietest in the house, it has A big window so it’s always bright and it faces our private garden so there’s no car/noises .

The house is always very clean as we have a cleaner coming every week (included in the rent, you don’t need to pay extra) and we have so many benefits like super fast 1gb fibre internet, blender, coffee machine, Dehydrator, Juicer and a Toaster almost brand new.

We have 2 toilets one with bath and one with shower and we have a big garden with a massive compost bin...so we barley do any waste when it comes with food waste !!
We can also plant anything we want in the garden and because we make compost, our soil is amazing !!

All flatmates are professionals and new in the house.
Dan and Pawel are vegan and there’s some vegetarian too !!
We have Tesco 2 mins walking from the house and lots of off license shops open 24/7...
Plus lots of restaurants with vegan options !!

Rent is £710 all included + £300 deposit .
Moving in date... anytime from the 04th of November 2023 (we are flexible) so please ask me...

NB: we are Lgbtq friendly and pet friendly too, we have 3 dogs French Bulldogs Sky & Archie & Molly (like the little prince ahau) which are trained and quiet they are only on the ground floor ...
they are the cutest and super friendly...they love to be pet but they will never come in your room unless you take them there.
