Couple Wanted for Beautiful Ensuite Attic Room

Room in beautiful 3 bedroom flat just off the wonderful Green lanes and a short walk to Manor House tube (0.5mi) and Haringey Green Lanes station (0.1mi). Available July 19th.

We are looking for a couple (LGBTQ+ friendly) to fill a large, beautiful attic bedroom with an ensuite at £800 pcm (£400 pcm each) without bills. These come to roughly £70/month per person (split evenly between 4 people). The room currently includes a wardrobe and mattress but the landlord can be flexible with furniture and provide a bed frame and drawers etc.
The communal area is a nice bright kitchen/living room with bay windows.

About Us;

We are two 27 year old girls;

Jessi is working part time in two independent cinemas, but still doesn’t know a lot about films :D.

Kate works full time as a Visual Merchandiser.

We both love cooking but are always up for a dirty takeaway too. We like going to the cinema, sitting in the sun with a glass of wine, reading, listening to music and drinking coffee.

About You: We want to live with a couple - who are sociable and are looking to make friends - people who are up for cooking shared meals together, chilling out, watching a film and enjoying a few glasses of wine. We're pretty silly a lot of the time and spend time together in the kitchen but we also respect each other's privacy and space.

We're looking to live with people who are clean, tidy and who are up for doing their share of the housework - we like to fully enjoy the space and fill it with nice things. We also have a dishwasher.

No smokers please.

The deposit is £600 per person (£1200 in total).
