Pet friendly room in house share

Those with pets are happily accepted and highly likely to get the room!!!
My house mates are heartbroken I’m moving and I’d love to replace myself with someone who has a great natured and well mannered cat or dog 🐶!

Room is spacious with 3 wardrobes and has a storage room next to the bedroom. You have easy access to the garden and kitchen as you’re on the ground floor! Perfect to let your doggy out in the middle of the night or when you come home after a few too many 🥴

The room is 420 a month and this includes bills!!! And is pet friendly!! It’s an incredible deal. Oh did I mention the garden? Perfect for bbq weather and Viviana makes amazing bbq food when the weather is perfect 🍗

Housemates
The house mates are Italian friends and most have lived here for at least 3 years! They’re always cooking something yummy and their always offering something amazing to eat 😁 I’ve had the best time living here!!!

House
The house is big, plenty of space and storage underneath the stairs.
The house is split in two floors, where you have kitchen and living area with a very big well maintained garden on the ground floor and the bathroom upstairs.

ROOM:
double bed frame ( no mattress), 2 wardrobes.

LOCATION:
5 min walk to Turnpike Lane station and 10 to Manor House.
You have plenty of shops on the main road, green lanes, from cafes to bars; Tesco, Sainsbury’s and organic shops and Pretty much all you need. Green lanes has literally every thing you can possibly need 😃. I will miss the area so much.
Also, last but not least , you have Finsbury Park at 15 minutes walk or few minutes by bus ;).
