Two double rooms in four bedroom warehouse

We currently have two double rooms available in a four bed warehouse conversion. Located in the Arena Design Centre in the Manor house warehouse district. We are close to Manor house, Seven sisters and Haringey Green Lanes stations. We have a large supermarket close by and lots of other smaller shops and restaurants. Arena Design Centre is a great place to live with lots going on all the time and lots of lovely people to meet.

The rooms are both large mezzanines with sky lights. The warehouse itself has a big kitchen and living room with a projector. There are two bathrooms one with a shower/bath and one with just a shower. Never any waiting. We have a cleaner who comes twice a week.

We are all friendly, fun people but the house is very chilled, definitely not a party warehouse. There are plenty of opportunities for partying in the area though.

We are looking for somebody over the age of thirty who is fully housetrained and friendly to our cat.

Sadly we can't take any more pets in.
